Add support for terminal servers

Description
PyKotIcon? doesn't currently support terminal servers because the connections doesn't come to a particular display, only to a particular host and port.
A major rewrite of PyKotIcon? is probably required for this. Either some shared memory segment, or some daemon on the print server's side could help.
