Remove contributed code

Peter Stuge contributed the subprocess handling code, but doesn't allow me to redistribute Tea4CUPS under GNU GPL v3 or higher. Technically and legally I could do it anyway, because he willingly contributed his code to a "GNU GPL v2 or higher" Tea4CUPS, but not changing the licensing terms before having entirely removed his code is probably a better idea.
