        - Now dumpykota can dumps the job history into CUPS' page_log
          format (even when the printing system is LPRng). This allows
          people to use tools like PrintAnalyzer or phpPrintAnalyzer

        - The job's originating hostname is now stored in the database,

          abs(int((10 - abs(lastcounter(snmp) - lastcounter(storage)) / 2))
